Amanda Bross | Head Talent Booker

Amanda is our appointed Talent Booker. Beginning her career at Bambini Talent Group twelve years ago, Amanda is highly experienced in her field and a valued team member. With her vast experience in the fashion industry for over 18 years, she has a flair for matching the right children to each brief.  Adding to her experience, Amanda has worked as a booker at ACM Model Management looking after some of Australia’s top fashion models as well as assisting with the development of Brightstars.

Throughout Amanda’s extensive history in the industry, she has developed great relationships with casting agents, production companies and fashion brands.  Amanda is committed to knowing all of our children and ensuring they are put forward for the right jobs.

Her strengths are attention to detail, organisation, communication and fashion panache.

Jasmin Telford | Talent Manager / Talent Booker

Jasmin is the newest member of the Sydney Bambini Team

Jasmin has worked within advertising & related industries for some 18 years, most of that time as a Casting Agent for two of Sydney’s leading Voice Over and acting agencies, initially as a Casting Director for RMK Voices for four years, during which she worked with & promoted many of Sydney’s top Voice Over specialists.  Jasmin then headed up the Voice Over department at Robin Gardiner Management (RGM), guiding it through a period of substantial expansion.

She next moved into freelance TV production & location management, working for many of Sydney’s leading advertising agencies and production companies, acquiring a comprehensive end-to-end understanding of the entire TV & Print production process, from initial casting to finished product.

It is Jasmin’s wealth of industry experience and communication skills, allied to her patience & understanding of children (she has 4 of her own!) that make her an ideal addition to the Bambini Talent Group.

Sophie Partyka | Head Photographer

Sophie has been photographing childen and families for 9 years.

She studied at Ultimo Tafe where she was selected as one of 30 students per year to study photography full time.

Sophie began her working career at Morffew Photos where she gained her experience in studio lighting and expanded her role into management, staff training, design and front of house.

It was her 4 years at Blumenthal Photography where she developed her own personal style and talent for outdoor photography. She ran the portrait studio solo during this time, and had responsibilities in photography, marketing, design and customer satisfaction.

Overall, her personality and love of children is what makes her the photographer she is. She loves children of all ages and enjoys the challenge that each age and personality presents.

Her strengths are patience, design and getting the best out of each child.

Bec Hannaford | Photographer

Bec has been photographing kids and families for over 8 years now.

After majoring in Photography at Sydney College of the Arts for three years, she went on to assist a fashion/portrait photographer for over a year.

Always wanting to photograph children, she soon after gained a role as the Head Photographer at a family portrait studio and remained there for three years.  After 18 months as the Photographer she was promoted to running the studio. On top of photographing the range of ages starting with Newborns to teenagers she was also designing work for your home as well as marketing for the studio.

Now after a couple of years freelancing and gaining more experience shooting to a specific brief, Bec joins us at Bambini Talent Group with a lot of energy, passion and patience to get the best out of your child.

Melissa Stripp | Academy Coordinator

Melissa comes to us from the world of Performing Arts. She has spent her career travelling overseas and in Australia as a professional performer. Her forte is singing and dancing in major production shows, theme parks and on international cruise liners.

Melissa also worked as a Lead actor in a US tele-movie filmed here in Australia and on a number of other film and television projects.

In addition to her stage work, Melissa has for many years taught and directed children in Performing Arts programs and theatrical productions. Melissa was the Principal of Sydney’s Clubhouse, which specialised in children’s acting, modelling, singing and dancing courses.

Melissa continues to perform regularly as singer in the corporate arena, while managing Bambini Talent Group’s academy.

Her strengths are creative direction, stagecraft, communicating with children and multi-tasking.
